MEET THE OWNER

From the Age of 10, I knew I wanted to work in the Culinary Arts profession. My love for culinary preparation started with observing my family members. By the age of 13, I was assisting with  family, church, and outreach events as a meal coordinator. Upon graduation from Texas Souther University with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, I yearned to rekindle my love for culinary arts which led me to enroll at The Art Institute's Culinary Arts Program. I've been employed in this field for more than ten years. several kitchens, including, to mention a few, those at The George R. Brown Convention Center, Wolfgang Puck Commissary, and The Woodlands Resort.   

Over the course of our tenure of establishment , we transitioned from offering limited menus to full-service catering, event decorating, and profound client list for our "MEALS ON THE GO" Program.
